General Terms of Service

I. General Disclaimers

  • Commissions are for personal use only.

  • I have the right to deny a commission request.

  • DO NOT SELL, COPY, OR EDIT MY ARTWORK.

II. Ordering

  • PAY UPFRONT.

  • Payments will be through PayPal.

  • When commissioning, send detailed references (reference sheets suggested)

  • A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.

  • Refunds are allowed If I have not started the review process (found below). You will not recieve a refund once I start the detail process.

III. Process

  • Sketch> lineart> flatcolors> review> details> complete

  • I will show starting sketch for review and you can request updates after.

  • During Review will be your final chance to request changes and add more items to the image. Additional fees will be added.

  • After the order payment has been made. Be patient. Commissions take up to 3 weeks to a month depending on details.

  • If you need a commission done in a timely manner, you need to inform me during the order process.

IV. Copyright

  • 1. I am allowed to post the commission online on my social media or portfolio unless discussed otherwise at the time of commissioning.

  • 2. You the commissioner may upload/repost the commission as long as you credit me for the piece.

  • 3. You are not allowed to edit/alter/ or make a profit off the commission

  • 4. You are not allowed to claim the piece as your own.
